This site is the Rock lab’s web portal for designing, analyzing, and sharing CRISPRi functional genomics experiments in mycobacteria. The tools and data presented here are the work of many people, including close collaborations between the Rock lab at Rockefeller University and the Schnappinger and Ehrt labs at Weill Cornell Medicine.
