        This tool checks if a particular guide may have potential offtargets.
        You can either upload a file with a list of comma separated sequences and their intended target genes or 
        paste the sequence and intended target gene in the text box.
        The output will have a summary table of potential offtargets and will include the intended target as well.

        This tool allows checking in either the non-template strand or both strands.  
        If you do not select one, this tool will search for offtargets on the non-template strand only.
